This is the screen where you can check the orders that have been processed for refunds. You can process refunds by buyer and product.
After accessing the agent site, click on [Accumulated Refunds].
Select the refund details for the product and click the [Complete Processing] button.
After confirming the seller's refund details, click the [Refund] button.
The processed refund products will be removed from the refund list.
To check the refund details, click on [Check Records].
You can check the accumulated refund amount records.
To register a refund product, click the [Add Manually] button in the upper right corner.
In the refund manual addition screen, enter the buyer's business name and click on [Business Name].
Select the seller's store/floor number for the refund product.
Enter the refund amount.
Select the refund date.
Optionally, click the [Upload Receipt] button to register the receipt for the refund product.
Optionally, enter notes in the comments section and click the [Submit] button.
After entering the refund product information, click the [Save] button.
After adding the refund product, check the respective list and click the [Complete Processing] button to process the refund.
