This is the screen where you can check the orders that have been marked as undelivered!
After accessing the agent site, click on [Accumulated Undelivered].
Select the undelivered order and click the [Complete Processing] button to process the undelivered product.
The processed undelivered product will change to the seller's shipping status and will disappear from the undelivered product list.
To register an undelivered product, click the [Add Manually] button in the upper right corner.
In the manual addition screen, enter the buyer's store name and click on the [Buyer Store Name] below.
Select the seller's store/shop number for the undelivered product.
Select the undelivered date.
Click the [Upload Receipt] button to register the receipt for the undelivered product.
Optionally, enter any remarks and click the [Submit] button.
After entering the information for the undelivered product, click the [Save] button.
Once the undelivered product is added, please click the [Complete Processing] button to process the undelivered product when it's ready.
After selecting the classification method on the left, click the [Find] button to search for undelivered products based on your selection.
